Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (San Diego, CA): Use Salesforce out of box functionality for solutioning, testing UAT, regression testing in the system. Work as a Salesforce admin to develop a technical solution based on business requirements. Deploy Salesforce meta-data using Dataloader, Copado, ChangeSet. Attend project workshops and brainstorm solutions with POs and technical architects on the enhancements/requirements functions and deliver the functions in the given sprint. Own projects and ensure they’re working seamlessly with the users and schedule the UAT session with business for the approvals. Review and understand Salesforce release management and make recommendations to implement new solutions. Summarize project findings and implications of technology change institution wise for project manager and tracked. Work as Proxy Product Owner by creating and maintaining product backlog. Follow Scrum rituals and help teams during Product Backlog refinement, Sprint Planning, attending Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
