Design, develop, fine tune, administer and maintain large databases; develop and implement interfaces between various software packages and database management systems; create and maintain database objects; define and implement Backup and Recovery Strategies; engage in installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance of systems; and engage in logical and physical data modeling. Job duties require use of the following software and tools: Oracle, SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL, ODBC, JDBC, OBI Reports, ODI, BPEL, Unix and Window Server. Minimum Requirements for Job: Requires a MS in computer science, information systems, engineering or business administration plus 1 year experience as a database administrator, software developer or programmer analyst.
