SAP Functional Consultant (San Diego, CA): Work in Plant Maintenance, Quality Management Customer Service and Sales & Distribution along with integration of other related modules. Serve as a critical resource in the solution architect team for project implementation and ongoing support. Collaborate with business and cross functional teams to design application solutions by analyzing functional requirements, studying and creatively leveraging standard SAP capabilities, proposing configuration specifications and configuring application. Functionalize the interfaces (both asynchronous and synchronous) between non-SAP and SAP system for the business processes. Provide solution in mobile and web application to the business for various business processes. Lead the system and process enhancement requests with smoother release and minimal issues. Provide reporting capability to the business team for their day-to-day activity as well monthly/yearly bookkeeping. Provide end-to-end solutions in various processes in SAP for the warranty and contract setups, entitlements for the preventive maintenance and customer complaints, work order processing, quality management, sales and servicing, etc. Lead the testing team for developing test plans and performing the tests of the e-developed solutions. Conduct various implementations steps including data load activities, cutover activities, production support activities, etc. Train users of various SAP solutions.  Req: MS in science engineering or computer science or related field plus 1 year of experience in occupations with similar duties/technical capabilities using HPQC, LucidChart, LoadRunner, SQL Queries, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence, ValGenesis, SAP FIORI, and eCATT.
