Gather business requirements; manage project scope, change management and test development both in the testing and production environment; create use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams; implement process improvement techniques; ensure project delivery on time and within budget; and prepare technical documentation. Job duties require use of MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio, JMP and Minitab. Requires MS in computer science, information systems or engineering plus one year experience.
